honestly, buskir pellet mill well looking strong and reliable compare with MIC A.K.A made in china but due to costing china wins.
1 USA pellet mill = 3 China pellet mill
If you lack of budget, get a china machine.
If you want headache free, get an american stuffs.
No offense, all pellet mill are great ! good invention !

I was actually looking at your diesel version but I don’t get good ‘vibrations’ when I read things like “This video was not made by this guy. This video was made by a Chinese manufacturer. He doesn’t know how to make pellets. ” and “is is a video made by a company in China. Your being fooled. ”
That, sir, is not a very professional response to a competitor’ I can only imagaine how you treat customers with problems.

Who said I was down on the Chinese machines? What are you taking about? I had an issue with someone not making his own video using them. Then trying to sell them as though the videos were made by him. My issue is merely learn what you what to sell first.

Makeyourownpellets,
Why are you down on the Chinese machine when the ones you show in your videos clearly have Chinese logos on them? Aren’t your machines made in China also????

pellets come out of a hot mill and into a cooler that has major air flow cooling the pellets quickly then dumped into a bucket elevator that dumps on a high speed shaker screen angled for gravity and that seperates what is called FINES the pellets go to a bin for bagging and the fines or broken small pellets are sent back to the infeed system of raw fiber to be re pelletized INDUSTRY STANDARD OF FINES IS NO MORE THAN 1% we average 0.25% very good top bagged pellet producer in B.C for QUALITY

I am a pro pellette mill operator in british columbia canada sure they turn out a pellet but they will be crapy because there is no cooling system watch video again notice that they have raw fiber coming out for the first few moments that’s because the baby mill is not hot wood will not pelletize until atleast 180 degrees ferenhite and that makes crap ideal temp is around 230 deg if not cooled fast they sweat and turn white and don’t burn and the burn they show is pointless that’s no pellet

man, why are you guys giving this dude a hard time? It is simple, you put in finly ground biomass, ie: sawdust, it compresses the material, which gets hot and fuses together. This forms pellets. The only down side is, as you can see in the video, you get a shit-ton of dust, so when you’re done you have to run the pellets over a screen and re-run the dust.
Quite simple.

I sell the products made by the company in China. It is simply easier to send a link to the videos than to email them. Why do you think anybody is being fooled?

This isn’t really a plan, it is just a video of some of the products I sell. I would be happy to sell one to you. LOL.

Hello Harley, you are partly correct, this video was shot by my employer in Qingdao China. But since I sell (and use) their product posting their videos is easier than emailing them. Why do you care? Dan

where are you located

I would gues the dust and small chunks are 10 to 15% but when I screen the pellets my dust goes down to 1 or 2 percent at max. I think, it is hard to be accurate but there is very little anyway.
